Taxes; State Bed Taxes 7% and Standard Resort Gratuities of 15% Week-day & 20% Week-end on all services added automatically.
Our Guarantee; You must be satisfied with all services and accomodations or a line item adjustment will be made to the gratuity for any shortcoming reported at check-out. All services must be paid in advance at check-in. Any amount due over $1000 for a reservation made over 2 weeks in advance will be divided into weekly or monthly payments. There is never a service or interest charge for this convenience.
PETS; Pets are $5. each per day and not allowed in the Mansion or the Chapel. Please ask for the Creekside Cabin.
CABINS; Cabins are furnished & licensed; dry Rustic with Potible Water Source, Chemical Toilets w/ Privacy screens, Fully Electric with Heat or Air in Season, Nice Bedding & Comforters Provided, Mini Fridge, Coffee Supply, & Microwave. Bring your VCR or DVD or Rent in Town. In Home Theater in Mansion Library. Private Deluxe Shower just a few steps away in Mansion. Basket Breakfast included. housekeeping & Towels Provided. Extra Nights just $75/2. During Cold weather and Hunting Season usually November thru March. We substitute the Attic Romance Room at no Extra Charge.Add $25 for the Larger Historic Bunkhouse w/ Larger Couch & Dining Area.
